Job Summary The Intake Coordinator is responsible for processing, organizing, and tracking Early Childhood (3-5) referrals received directly from parents or guardians.
This role ensures seamless communication among families, Early Childhood (EC) Consultants, and office staff, maintaining precise documentation and records on shared drives and in tracking systems.
High School diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children and youth. Driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
Skills and Abilities Precisely follow processes and procedures. Fluent in Google Workplace and document management.. Manage multi-step workflows Professional communication skills.
