A current, unencumbered Registered Nursing license in each state where instructional responsibilities will occur. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in clinical instruction and simulation-based training are preferred. Knowledge of clinical judgment frameworks, evidence-based practice, and NCLEX preparation.
