Support the lead Montessori teachers Communicate with students in French Guide and supervise children during recess and transitions Prepare and maintain Montessori learning materials and classroom environment Observe and document individual student progress and developmental milestones Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff through clear communication Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere Take children to the bathroom and change diapers when necessary
