The Teacher is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for the children in our care. This role includes providing consistent care routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap schedules while ensuring constant supervision and adherence to safe-sleep practices. Teachers plans and implements age-appropriate activities that support early development, including sensory play, motor skills, and early social-emotional growth. They build strong, responsive relationships with our children and families, maintain a clean and organized classroom, and follow all center policies and state licensing regulations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (CDA preferred)
Experience working with children
Current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with children, families, and staff
