Under the direction of the Aquatics Director or Regional Aquatics Coordinator, the Swim Instructor is required to perform the following essential job duties: Provide all levels of instruction to individuals of all ages Effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to students in a progressive sequence. Run organized and well executed classes as defined by Genesis Health Clubs No experience required. CPR/First Aid certification or willing to attend training required
