This role includes implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences using Frog Street Curriculum, supporting children’s social-emotional growth within a classroom culture rooted in Conscious Discipline, maintaining classroom documentation, and upholding Rising Starz expectations along with DFPS Minimum Standards and Texas Rising Star quality practices. This role is part of our commitment to maintaining strong classroom support and smaller group sizes so children receive the attention they need and teachers can do their best work. Student progress assessments are completed three times each school year in alignment with Pre-K Partnership expectations.
