Conduct educational assessments and use evaluation results to develop individualized recommendations. Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while coordinating case management responsibilities. Monitor student performance and modify instructional strategies to maximize progress and independence. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required special education records. Partner with teachers, families, therapists, and administrators to create coordinated support plans that encourage student success. Consult with classroom staff regarding accommodations, adaptive techniques, and instructional strategies that promote access to learning. Foster a positive, engaging learning environment that supports student confidence and participation.
