Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher across a variety of grade levels and subject areas.
Maintain a positive, engaging, and orderly classroom environment that supports student learning.
Supervise students throughout the school day, including during lunch, recess, classroom transitions, and other assigned duties.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and appropriate behavior of all students at all times.
Communicate effectively with school administrators and staff regarding classroom activities and any student concerns.
Model Christian values and uphold the educational mission and teachings of the Catholic Church.

Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and grade levels.
Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
