The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in recruiting, retaining, and coaching student-athletes while managing administrative duties for the men's lacrosse program. They are responsible for instructing athletes on rules and techniques, developing game strategies, and fostering academic and personal growth.
Under the supervision of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach is working in the primary capacity of an educator and enhances the student experience and satisfaction as well as protects the College's image and reputation through building and maintaining a competitive men's lacrosse program. The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in recruiting, administrative duties, coaching, & retaining members of the men's lacrosse team.
Salary Range: $27,000

Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and possess knowledge of men's lacrosse and NCAA Division III regulations. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification.
