We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher/Caregiver to join our early childhood education team.
This full-time position works alongside an experienced Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for up to 14 children ages 2–3 years.
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and age-appropriate learning activities. Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and their families. Engage children in play-based learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the day. Feed children and encourage healthy eating habits. Complete daily charts and documentation, including meals, diapering, toileting, and activities. Change diapers and support children through potty training with patience and encouragement. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and education.
Experience working with young children is preferred but not required. A genuine love for working with toddlers. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Reliable, dependable, and a team player. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day. Must meet all state licensing requirements for employment in a child care center.
