You'll work alongside an experienced Lead Teacher to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where infants can explore, learn, and feel supported.

What You'll Do As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you'll help create a loving and engaging classroom where babies can feel safe, develop important skills, and enjoy learning through everyday experiences. You'll: Assist the Lead Teacher with the daily care and supervision of infants and toddlers Build positive, caring relationships with children Engage children through music, books, sensory activities, movement, and play Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development Help maintain consistent routines for feeding, naps, and classroom activities Prepare bottles and follow proper feeding, food storage, and sanitation procedures Change diapers and support age-appropriate toileting routines Closely supervise children and help maintain a safe classroom Document daily activities and share updates with families through the center's communication app Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and learning experiences Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming
What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience to join our team. We're looking for someone who is: At least 16 years old Caring, patient, and dependable Interested in infant development and early childhood education Comfortable working as part of a team Organized and attentive to children's needs A positive communicator Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing training CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Childcare experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
