Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team!

Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.

As a Twos Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.

What You’ll Do: Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.

Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.

Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.

Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment.

Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old, have an awarded High School Diploma or GED, AND have one of the following: Completed 12 Core ECE Units OR Have an awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Preschool. 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center. A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
