The teacher will motivate and support students in academic success while planning and customizing lessons for diverse learning styles. They are also responsible for managing student data, providing small group tutoring, and maintaining consistent communication with students and their support networks.

GEO Next Generation Academy is a tuition-free, public charter school that will begin with K-12 grades. Through our partnership with the local community college, our students will be able to take dual credit courses with the opportunity to earn college credit at no cost to the student. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Commitment to the mission and organizational goals of GEO Next Generation Academy Bachelor’s degree ELL teaching experience and testing regulations Spanish language teaching experience Experience or familiarity in one of the following areas: Blended Learning, Online learning/coursework, Successful teaching experience in an urban environment Indiana Professional Educator license preferred
