What You'll Do As an Infant Teacher, you'll create a safe, responsive, and enriching classroom where babies can learn, grow, and thrive every day. Your responsibilities include: Creating a warm, nurturing, and responsive learning environment Building trusting relationships with infants and their families Supporting each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development Planning and implementing age-appropriate learning experiences Following safe sleep practices and maintaining a clean, healthy classroom Completing daily communication and documentation for families Collaborating with fellow teachers and center leadership Maintaining compliance with EEC regulations and company policies
EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC employment requirements Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for early childhood education Flexibility to work a full time schedule,
Monday through
Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Previous experience in an infant classroom CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
