As an Assistant Teacher, you will: Support the care and development of infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. Foster a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment. Support inquiry-based, child-led learning experiences. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Ensure children's health, safety, and well-being by following all licensing and school policies. Collaborate with Lead Teachers and the broader campus team to create an exceptional experience for every child. We're Looking For Someone Who: Is passionate about working with young children (ages 0–5). Has 1–2 years of professional experience in an early childhood setting. Is a flexible, dependable, and collaborative team player. Values building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Holds (or is working toward) an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred but not required). Is CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification. Is eligible to work in the United States.
