As a Paraprofessional / Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to help students succeed throughout the school day.
Responsibilities: may include:
Supporting students during academic instruction Assisting with classroom routines and transitions Supporting students during transitions between activities, classrooms, and daily routines Supporting students during parent drop-off and pick-up routines Helping implement behavior and communication supports Supporting students during lunch, recess, specials, and community activities Encouraging independence, social skills, and participation Preparing classroom materials and helping maintain an organized environment Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and leadership staff Creating a warm, positive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere Ideal Candidates Are:
