We are seeking a Social Coach to support students as they develop confidence navigating friendships, social environments, and community life.
In this role, you will build supportive mentoring relationships with students while helping them practice real-world social skills in authentic environments.
Social coaching sessions are designed to be friendly, engaging, and collaborative while helping students develop the skills needed to build relationships, navigate social situations, and feel more comfortable in their communities.
One day you might be helping a student plan how to attend a campus event or social activity.
Another day you might be exploring the community together, helping a student practice conversation skills, or facilitating a group activity with other students.

What You’ll Do
