  • Category: FacultyAdjunct Faculty – Writing The Lasell University Writing Program is seeking adjunct instructors for WRT 101- College Writing I and WRT102- College Writing II for the Fall 2026 semester. These courses are introductory writing courses that cover topics including genre, rhetoric, research, and argument. Currently, we are seeking instructors for on-campus instruction in the following times:
  • WRT 101
  • MW 9:30-10:45
  • WRT 101
  • Workshop
  • MWF 11:00-12:40
  • WRT 101
  • Workshop
  • MWF 1:00-2:40
  • WRT 102
  • MWF 1:00-1:50 pm
  • Responsibilities and
  • Duties: Provide instruction for all sessions of assigned courses utilizing the college philosophy of connected learning Align course assignments with departmental learning outcomes and university core curriculum learning outcomes; provide student work samples for assessment purposes Incorporate Canvas (learning management system) into the course Maintain office hours each week Keep accurate records of student progress and complete early warning, mid-semester, and final grade reports
  • QualificationsQualifications: A Master’s degree in composition and rhetoric or a relevant field and experience teaching college-level writing.
