Both parents work in the tech industry, with Mom working from home full-time and Dad working from home a few days each week, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable partnering with parents who are present throughout the day while still confidently taking the lead on childcare. We value open communication, honesty, humor, and creating a positive working relationship where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and working together. Our home is a multi-level townhome with nearby parks, and we enjoy spending our free time cooking at home, watching movies, and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
