Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Rochester, MI is looking for an energetic, caring, and flexible Building Resource Teachers to support our Preschool classroom.
As a vital team member, you'll provide support for the Lead and Assistant Preschool teachers, building meaningful connections with the children and their families, ensuring seamless coverage during breaks and maintaining ratios.
You will also serve as an integral part of the closing team, greeting parents at the end of the day when they come to pick up their children.

Position Detail: Status: Regular, part-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm-6pm Location: Onsite, Rochester, MI Pay range: $14.50-$17/hour (based on certification/education and prior experience) Please note: This position does not qualify for US Visa Sponsorship or relocation · You must be at least 18 years of age (required) · Must be certified in CPR/First Aid (can be completed after hire) · Previous experience in a childcare setting or as a private nanny (preferred) · Reliable transportation Essential functions: · Appropriate care and supervision in the classroom, bathroom, hallways and outdoors. · Abide by all Heartfelt company policies and procedures · Support lead and assistant teacher · Will engage in active play and supervision with children in the classroom · Will need to participate and direct children through the daily routine · Greet each parent when they walk in the classroom · Follow Heartfelt Core Values when making decisions.
