Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve. Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old) Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather
Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.
$20-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications & experience.
Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.
The sessions will be in the evenings Mon to Fri & during the day on weekends.
Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
Must have experience working with children.
All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
