Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve. Coaching weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old) Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans Communication: professional and effective communication to players and Challenger Sports staff members.
Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather
Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is essential.
$40 gross per hour.
Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.
The sessions will start one day per week, and opportunities to increase hours will be available.
Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
Must have experience working with children and have a soccer coaching background.
The position requires your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
