The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to students across elementary and high school settings. Responsibilities include completing evaluations, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with families and educational staff.
Provide occupational therapy services to students in both elementary and high school settings. Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress monitoring. Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families. Participate in IEP meetings and support student success across educational environments.
Active Illinois IDFPR Occupational Therapist license required. Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Compensation $45–$53 per hour, based on experience.
