The Lead/Assistant Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans to support children's academic and social development. They must also maintain a safe, clean classroom environment while supervising children and communicating effectively with parents.

The Lead/Asst Teacher is responsible for helping children prepare for school both academically and socially by using age-appropriate lesson plans, selecting effective developmental materials for the classroom, and utilizing positive behavior reinforcement. Must be willing and able to work with children 6 weeks-5 years old
