About the role

The Multi-Classroom Teacher provides instructional support and supervision across kindergarten through fifth-grade classrooms. They also assist the Principal with daily campus operations and step in as a lead teacher when necessary.

About the Role

As a Multi-Classroom Teacher, you will provide day-to-day instructional support across multiple kindergarten through fifth-grade classrooms at our Stratford School campus. Each morning, you will report to the campus and receive your assignment based on classroom or supervision coverage needs. In addition to classroom teaching, you may support with general student supervision or assist the Principal with daily campus operations. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of students, collaborate with different teachers, and experience multiple classroom settings. This Multi-Classroom Floater Teacher position is designed as a developmental role, intended to prepare candidates for a future Classroom Teacher position. It is expected that individuals in this position will actively work toward and be prepared for placement in a Classroom Teacher role as openings become available.
