Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences for preschool children (4–5 years old).
Create a welcoming, safe, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development through play-based learning.
Prepare children for kindergarten by promoting early literacy, math, problem-solving, and social skills.
Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress.
Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families regarding children's growth and classroom activities.
Supervise, mentor, and support assistant teachers and classroom staff.
Maintain classroom records and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Collaborate with center leadership and fellow educators to provide an exceptional early learning experience.
Experience implementing preschool curriculum in an early childhood setting. Strong classroom management and positive guidance techniques. Ability to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Why Join The Learning Experience?
