About the role

The Case Manager will recruit and enroll families into the Head Start program while developing Family Partnership Agreements. They are responsible for connecting families with community resources, conducting home visits, and maintaining accurate records in ChildPlus.

(UCCA) is seeking a compassionate, organized professional to connect families with community resources, support children’s health and school readiness, and help families achieve their goals through Head Start services. Starting Rate: $19.58 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do Recruit and enroll eligible children and families into the Head Start program Develop and maintain Family Partnership Agreements with enrolled families Connect families with community resources and support services Assist families in scheduling and accessing health and developmental services Conduct home visits and provide ongoing family support Support parent engagement activities, meetings, and workshops Maintain accurate records and data entry within ChildPlus Collaborate with site staff and community partners to coordinate services Assist with program recruitment and outreach efforts Support transportation services as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field One to three years of related experience working with children, families, or community programs preferred Experience in case management, family services, community outreach, or social services preferred Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills CDL required within 90 days of employment Valid driver's license required Bilingual preferred

Physical Requirements Must be able to travel within the service area, conduct home visits, attend community events, move throughout program sites, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
