Market context

BCBA roles remain in steady demand

In Illinois, Board Certified Behavior Analyst roles are typically tied to ongoing demand in schools and other settings serving students with autism and behavioral support needs. These positions are competitive because employers often look for BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and sometimes a Professional Educator License, while benefits may include dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and employee assistance support. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, and confirm whether a PEL is preferred before applying.
