Full-time, year-round position Start date: August 2026 Early Head Start Teacher (Birth–3)
Create nurturing, responsive relationships with infants, toddlers, and families.
Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
Provide high-quality daily care while supporting each child's developmental milestones.
Observe children's progress and individualize learning experiences.
Partner with families through open communication and collaboration.
Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom that meets licensing and Early Head Start standards.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
At least 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in an early childhood setting.
Knowledge of infant and toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
PA clearances and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
A warm, dependable educator who is passionate about helping children and families thrive.
