The Dedicated Special Education Aide provides one-on-one academic and social-emotional support to students in grades 1-4. They collaborate with teachers to maintain a learning-focused classroom culture and assist with student self-care activities.

The Dedicated Special Education Aide will work in collaboration with other members of Ingenuity Prep’s Elementary School Academy to promote the academic and social-emotional development of one or more students who have been identified as benefiting from an increased and more consistent level of differentiated instruction and support.
The Dedicated Special Education Aide will serve to provide critical support to students in behavior support capacities.
