19 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED; Experience working with children in a group format is preferred LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; Ability to communicate in stressful situations. SKILLS: Basic knowledge of child development (discipline, behavior and curriculum).
