The assistant coach will support the Women's Squash program by organizing practices, managing match-day logistics, and assisting with student-athlete development. Additionally, the role involves recruiting prospective athletes and supporting the head coach with fundraising and administrative operations.
This position will assist the Women's Squash program/Coach with the organizing, planning and coaching of the Women’s Squash team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who is looking for a career in college coaching and is interested in assisting the coaching staff in all aspects of running a collegiate squash program.
Essential Functions
Assist the women's teams during practices and match-days.
Assist with student-athlete development athletically and academically.
Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes.
Assist the head coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising, operations, and logistics.
Follow all university, athletic department, NCAA, and CAA rules and policies.
Other duties as assigned
This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
