About the role

The assistant coach will support the Men's Squash program by organizing practices, match-day activities, and student-athlete development. They will also assist with recruiting prospective athletes and managing operational tasks such as fundraising and logistics.

Job Summary

This position will assist the Men's Squash program/Coach with the organizing, planning and coaching of the Men’s Squash team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who is looking for a career in college coaching and is interested in assisting the coaching staff in all aspects of running a collegiate squash program.

Essential Functions

Assist the Men's teams during practices and match-days.

Assist with student-athlete development athletically and academically.

Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes.

Assist the head coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising, operations, and logistics.

Follow all university, athletic department, NCAA, and CAA rules and policies.

Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.

Requirements
