The Community Navigator will conduct in-person outreach and provide support to families and Regional Center consumers to help them identify and access services. Responsibilities include managing participant data, facilitating parent training, and attending staff meetings to ensure program goals are met.

The Navigators work with families and Regional Center consumers to identify services that will help them meet program goals such as increasing use of Regional Center and generic services. Tasks include completing pre/post service surveys, identifying individual goals and objectives for participants, helping the participants apply for services. Conducting in-person outreach, parent training, entering data, tracking activities, professional development, and duties as assigned.
This is a community-based position; work will take place in the community and occasionally in-person at our office(s), 25 hours per week.
• Direct contact with parents and consumers:

intake process, conducting pre/post surveys, determining parent/consumer needs and assisting them
to meet those needs. • Administrative Responsibilities: These tasks include emailing, returning phone calls, recording information in our data management

Bilingual in English and another language commonly spoken by the families served.
Lived experience as a parent, caregiver, or close family member of a child with a disability or developmental delay.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).
$19.00 -$21.00
