California accommodation roles need experienced student services

In California, Accommodation Specialist roles are typically tied to steady demand in higher education and student support settings, where institutions need staff who can manage disability accommodations and coordinate with faculty and students. These roles are competitive because employers often look for a four-year degree plus several years of progressively responsible student services experience, and a related master’s degree may substitute for part of that experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit, then tailor your application to show direct experience with accommodation processes, student advocacy, and cross-campus coordination.
