The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking a compassionate and dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you'll create a nurturing environment where infants feel safe, loved, and supported while reaching important developmental milestones through responsive caregiving and meaningful interactions.

What You'll Do: Provide attentive care for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines
Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental learning activities
Foster children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and updates
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to provide exceptional care
Follow all Virginia childcare licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required
Previous childcare experience required
Experience working in an infant classroom preferred
CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
Caring, dependable, and team-oriented
Must meet all Virginia childcare licensing requirements
