Infant / Toddler Teacher – Nurture Early Learning and Development
The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a compassionate Infant / Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys supporting young learners during their most important developmental years through responsive caregiving, play-based learning, and meaningful interactions.
You'll create a nurturing classroom where children feel safe, build confidence, and reach important developmental milestones every day.
What You'll Do: Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants and toddlers
Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication
Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership
Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required: Previous infant or toddler classroom experience preferred
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
