In this role, you will support elementary students in both resource and inclusive classroom settings, providing individualized instruction and implementing strategies that promote academic and behavioral growth. You will work collaboratively with general education teachers, families, and support staff to ensure students receive consistent and effective services.
Monitor and document student progress. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Provide small-group and one-on-one instruction based on student needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
