Title: SPED Resource Teacher - 4th Grade Location: Steger, IL Duration: August 13, 2026 to May 27, 2027 Onsite/Virtual: Onsite Position Type: Contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (37.5 hrs/week) Student Age Group: 4th grade
Provide resource instruction to 4th grade students with disabilities. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct student assessments and monitor progress. Modify curriculum and instruction to meet individual needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents. Maintain student documentation and ensure compliance with special education regulations.
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL). Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement. Experience working with students with disabilities.
