What You’ll Do Under the guidance of a Case Manager, you will work directly in the field to bridge the gap between our consumers and local employers. This is not a desk job. On a daily basis, you will:
The Essentials (Requirements & Qualifications) To join our team, you must meet one of our educational pathways alongside our standard compliance and technical criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts) OR Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with a highly diverse staff and clientele.
High-level communication skills for public speaking and resolving employer workplace issues with extreme professionalism.
A proven knack for precise documentation, meeting rigid deadlines, and handling multiple projects independently.
A valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proper insurance coverage.
Ability to successfully pass a standard drug screen and comprehensive background check (Federal, State, and County).
First Aid/CPR certification (required upon employment; training provided).
