Market context

Indiana school psychologist roles stay competitive

Indiana school psychologist openings are often driven by student mental health needs, special education evaluations, and support for school teams. These roles are competitive because districts typically look for a master’s degree or higher, a PPS credential in School Psychology, and may prefer candidates with 3+ years of experience and Spanish fluency. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit, then tailor your application to highlight assessment, consultation, and bilingual experience.
