Develop, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. Deliver instruction tailored to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students. Collaborate with parents, educators, and specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to student learning and support. Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies to improve outcomes. Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and progress to inform ongoing instruction and planning. Create a welcoming, safe, and productive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and learning. Teaching Certification, Bachelors or Masters Degree or higher in Special Education A Special Education endorsement with Cognitive Impairment (CI) authorization (or be eligible to obtain it through an approved pathway).
