The HR Specialist will support core HR processes including employee onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employment changes. Responsibilities also include managing HRIS edits, processing internal transfers, and auditing benefits.

In this role, you will support core HR processes that help team members move successfully through onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employment changes. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, values accuracy, and wants to contribute across a range of generalist HR activities in a busy, people-focused environment.
Assist with employee onboarding. Support new hire compliance processes. Complete HRIS edits and corrections. Process internal employee transfers. Assign benefits based on position. Audit assigned benefits. Handle other HR generalist tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Eligible to work in the United States.
Experience with HR and hiring or onboarding. Experience in an HR generalist role. Experience with HRIS administration, including PTO adjustments, position changes, auditing, and transfers. Experience with ADP and familiarity with an applicant tracking system. Experience working in people-heavy environments and supporting multi-site operations.
