Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to recruit a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support 4th and 5th grade students during the 2026–2027 school year. As a valued member of the educational team, you will design and deliver individualized instruction, implement IEPs, and collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student growth. You'll foster a positive, inclusive classroom where students are encouraged to build confidence, strengthen essential skills, and reach their full potential.
Full-time assignment for the 2026–2027 academic year. Develop and implement individualized instructional strategies. Create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Serve students in 4th and 5th grade special education classrooms. Monitor progress toward IEP goals while maintaining required documentation. Partner with multidisciplinary staff and families to support student achievement.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of differentiated instruction and IEP implementation. Previous school-based special education experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) endorsement.
