Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Washington school district to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a temporary maternity leave assignment running September through December. This opportunity is centered around a preschool caseload of approximately 45 students and is perfect for an SLP who enjoys working in early childhood education.

You will provide individualized speech-language therapy services to preschool students while conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication needs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with students' educational goals, maintaining accurate progress notes and evaluation reports, and completing all required documentation. You'll also collaborate with teachers, families, and special education professionals to coordinate services, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute recommendations that support each student's communication and academic success.
Must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. An active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license and ESA certification, or eligibility to obtain both before the start of employment, is required. School-based experience is preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Applicants must successfully complete all required background screenings, be authorized to work in the United States, and be available to provide services on-site, as this position is not eligible for remote or teletherapy services.
