We will continue to grow until we reach a total capacity of 485 students in kindergarten through eighth grade.

To achieve our vision, we seek Elementary Teachers who meet one of the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience (Alabama certification preferred) with a proven record of propelling extraordinary student growth or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a desire for growth in a feedback-driven, supportive environment.

The salary range for this position is between $48,000 and $61,000.
Salary is competitive and aligned to experience and internal equity.
