We're seeking a passionate, experienced Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our team at our Plymouth location, supporting children ages 15 months–5 years through play-based learning that builds independence, language, and social-emotional growth. Qualified candidates must hold current Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher Certification. If you have experience as a Toddler Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator looking for a supportive center that values its educators, we'd love to meet you. \n

What You'll Need to Succeed Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher Certification required High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Minimum of one year of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting Knowledge of toddler and preschool development, including language, social-emotional learning, and positive behavior guidance Full-time availability for an 8-hour shift within the center's operating hours, including opening or closing shifts as needed Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with children, stand for the majority of the workday, and lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with a genuine passion for early childhood education

What You'll Do As a Toddler/Preschool Teacher, you'll create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can explore, build confidence, develop independence, and reach important developmental milestones through hands-on learning and positive relationships. Lead a toddler/preschool classroom, planning and implementing lesson plans, learning centers, and sensory activities that support early development Foster social-emotional growth, language development, and emerging independence through play-based learning and positive behavior guidance Support daily classroom routines, including meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions Observe and communicate children's developmental progress to families, and build strong partnerships through daily updates Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom in compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and ratios Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership, and participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development In This Role, You Will Help Children: Build confidence, independence, and self-help skills Develop language, communication, and social skills Learn through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences Form positive relationships with peers and trusted adults, laying the foundation for success in preschool and beyond
