Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lower School (First Grade) Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing a nurturing and engaging educational experience for young learners, while adhering to school guidelines and fostering a love of learning.

Job Opening: August 2026

Salary Range

$31,500 - $49,000

Employment Type: Full-time

• A bachelor’s degree in Early Education or a related field is required; graduate degree preferred
• K-5 classroom teaching experience
• Demonstrated classroom management skills
• An attitude that exemplifies teamwork and personal responsibility

• Strong understanding of adolescent development and effective teaching strategies for lower school learners.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
