About the role

The Early Childhood Teacher creates a warm and inviting environment to support the growth and development needs of enrolled children. They play an essential role in the formation of children within the early childhood program.

Pay Range

$16.50 - $22.28 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS is seeking a Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Ideal candidates play an important role in the formation of the children enrolled in our early childhood programs. They create a warm and inviting environment that supports the growth and development needs of the children enrolled in the program.

  • Location: Green Bay o Compensation that aligns with your experience Education Qualifications High School Diploma is required. Associate's degree in child development or related field is preferred. Experience Qualifications 1 year teaching experience is preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Fingerprint Background Check prior to first day is required. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within 3 months is required. Wisconsin Registry, Inc level 3 certification within one year of hire is required. Shaken Baby Prevention Training Certificate or Abusive Head Trauma Training Certificate required by end of 1st day in department is required.

Requirements

A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree in child development preferred. Candidates must also obtain specific certifications including CPR, Wisconsin Registry level 3, and Shaken Baby Prevention training.
