No previous childcare experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided!

What You'll Do As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where children feel secure, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. You'll: Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers Build positive, trusting relationships with children Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime Prepare bottles and follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures Create engaging learning experiences through music, sensory play, books, movement, and hands-on exploration Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development Observe and document children's daily activities and developmental milestones Communicate professionally with families about children's routines, progress, and milestones Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and learning experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is caring, dependable, patient, and excited to work with young children. At least 16 years old Passion for working with infants and toddlers Previous childcare experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, dependable, and organized Comfortable learning and working in a team environment CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) Ability to complete all required Montana licensing and training requirements
